Dagney's First Steps

Today was a fairly horrible day. The entire state is riddled with tornadoes, and I got nothing done because of school/work closings, sirens, etc. I'm incredibly stressed out about finals; I had a crap day at work thanks to some computer problems; and I found out that I failed my first class ever due to some UAB administrative BS. Needless to say, I was ready for bed. Stephie came over just prior to hunkering down for the tornado. While she was here, she reached out her arms to Dagney and Dagney just walked to her! She took about 4 steps. We stood her up to try again, and she took 3 more steps twice! Even brother was impressed--- he came over and gave her some kisses. I was very grateful for a glimmer of light at the end of such a poopy day! Just to lighten my mood, I'm going to reminisce a little and post some random adorable pictures. :)

Aaahhh.... I feel much better!
