Normally, when I drop Dagney off at daycare in the morning, she's a little fussy and clingy. Wednesday when I dropped her off, she ran to her teacher, turned around, and said, "Bye-bye mama." My big girl! Not only was she brave, that was her first sentence! She had a doctor's appt later that day, and when I told him, he said babies usually start stringing words together at age 2. That's right; baby genius. Later that night, she woke up at 4 am. I told her it wasn't time to wake up yet, and when I laid her back down, she yelled, "No, mama; nooo!" Cute little stinker.

Today I took her for pictures at Target. Jamie (our go-to photographer) made a lemonade stand prop for the pictures. They turned out so cute! Can't wait to post them.

Dagney has ANOTHER ear infection (her third this summer, and fourth since she was born). Her doctor is now talking ENT referrals and possible tubes in her ears. Hopefully this one clears up quickly so we can put those suggestions at bay! I really want this to clear up on its own!

I had an absolutely crazy week; I started 2 new work assignments (on top of the one I already had). I am not used to working a 40 hour week, taking care of a baby, school, and keeping up a house! I woke up today and tried to put Sammy's leash on Dagney! Aaahhh, sleep deprivation. But so far, it's manageable and will be good for some extra income. Wish me luck...
