Last weekend, we took Dagney to the mall just to get out and about. It's been so hot lately, that's the only logical place to walk around! Plus, she goes CRAZY for chocolate chip cookies from the Great American Cookie Company. We gave her one a couple weeks ago, and she started jumping up and down, kicking her legs, eyes wide. She was so stoked!
On our more recent trip to the mall, Gammie took Dagney on the carousel! They had so much fun! They rode on the bench, but I think next time we'll try a horse. I think she's ready! We also rode the train around the mall. We rode in the red car, since Dagney likes red so much. She also liked the driver's engineer hat! At one point, we looked out the back of the train and Daddy was chasing us, pretending to try to jump on. He's so funny!

In other news, Dagney has a lovey now-- a little brown bear. I don't even know where it came from; she just had it one day and hasn't put it down since. She sleeps with it, eats with it, and would bathe with it if we let her! She loves her little bear.
